Papertrey Ink Blog Hop July 2016

It has been a long while since I've blogged much. Grief truly zapped my creativity for the past year. This weekend was Papertrey Ink Stamp A Faire, and both the "Masters" videos and those made by the PTI design team went far in strengthening my desire to get out of my head and make art again!

This card is a fast one I whipped up for the Blog Hop today. Not fancy, but my take on the challenge image:

I used Cover Plate: Triangles to impress my card base, reflecting the triangles in the photo wall paper. Aqua Mist, Melon Berry and Soft Stone designer papers and a touch of gold are used to reflect some of the colors in the photo.  One Big Happy stamp and die used for the sentiment.

(Sorry for the inside photo - it is too bright to photograph outdoors today, even in the Pacific Northwest! :)

Thanks for stopping by!

The triangles are one of my favorite parts of the inspiration photo so I think you card is fabulous!
