This weekend a good friend and co-worker is hanging up her stethoscope. I am just a little sad to see her leave. Her expertise will be missed in our Emergency Department. Our friendship will continue; I just won't be seeing her as often.
I chose this color scheme based on the first challenge at Online Card Classes Summer Card Camp 2. The class doesn't begin until July 8th, but Kristina posted the first pre-class challenge using colors used on the card below.
Thanks for stopping by!

Love the choices you made with the flowers and butterflies. Great looking card!
Lovely card, Steph! That coverplate is so beautiful and I love how you used the Bloom Builder dies!
Agree with you on the color combo ~ great card using those colors. I'm sure your retiring friend loved it. : )
Hi Steph,
I loved your card in the new Class Gallery and it popped right out! The design and the colors are gorgeous, I also love the flowers and all the dimension!
Thanks for sharing and looking forward to the class!
Not sure if you are aware, but we are NOT supposed to SHARE any of the class content (the color swatch) in our blogs. We can share projects were create and say we had a color challenge, but as far as sharing the actually colors, that is something not allowed!! Just wanted to let you know, to be on the safe side. Jennifer and Kristina want ALL the class contact kept private, as it's not fair for those who have NOT paid for the class to see it for "free", which I do understand!!
I also hope I have not upset you, I am sure you meant no harm! :)
Happy Crafting,
Lisa
Beautiful card! This wouldn't have been a colour combo I would have come up with, either, but I like it! Your flowers are gorgeous!
Great use of textures.
